The ultraviolet design on the front consisting of wave lines overlapping the background design is visible under black light. Also, Washington repeated twice and three state seals in the same location as the optically variable ink seals.
The backside ultraviolet design of three state seals in the same location as the printed seal images glow identically vs real under black light. Also, on the backside is a printed cardholder birth date, three state seals, and a scannable 2D barcode.
